I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who strives to always treat each person with dignity, compassion, and respect. I believe that each individual experiences life through their own unique lens which has been shaped by their own experiences and innate qualities. This is the basis in which I cooperatively work with my clients. I work with them to identify their unique qualities and strengths in order to empower them to discover their own resolve and experience their maximum potential. I have worked mostly with teens and adults of many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adult children of narcissistic parents, life transition issues, and relationship issues.
